-1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
-1/2 green apple, chopped
-1/2 cucumber, chopped
-1/4 avocado (optional for creaminess)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
-1/2 cup unsweetened oatmilk (or any plant-based milk)
-1/2 cup water (adjust for desired thickness)
-1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
-Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
1. Add the spinach, banana, green apple, cucumber, and avocado to a blender.
2. Pour in the oatmilk and water.
3. Add the chia seeds or flaxseeds, and honey if using.
